Living as a Testimony to God

Rev. Abraham Chiu

1 Let brotherly love continue. 2 Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for thereby some have entertained angels unawares. 3 Remember those who are in prison, as though in prison with them, and those who are mistreated, since you also are in the body. 4 Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous. 5 Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” 6 So we can confidently say, “The Lord is my helper; I will not fear; what can man do to me?”  (Hebrews 13: 1-6) ESV

Questions for reflection and discussion:

1. Have there been any changes in my daily habits since I believed in Jesus?

2. Am I brave enough to admit that I am a Christian in front of my colleagues and friends? Why?

3. In what areas of my life do I still not live up to the Christian standard?

4. What aspect of my life do I want to change so that I can have a good testimony to God?
