候任匯點教會Pleasanton分堂家庭事工傳道Pastor Caleb Wan將在英語崇拜講道。華人策略聯盟總幹事李燕光牧師將在國語崇拜講道。李燕光牧師於剛過去的星期五晚上在San Leandro堂主講「轉化荒年的奧秘」培靈會,使在座的赴會者有深切得着。San Leandro 堂將響應李燕光牧師的呼召, 5月底加入全美華人教會連鎖禱告行列,特別為美國的屬靈復興禱告。詳細安排將會盡快公布。

This Sunday, 4/26, the San Leandro campus will celebrate its fourth anniversary. Following the Cantonese and English services at 10:45 AM, there will be cake cutting and a group photo. If you have a Convergence Church 25th Anniversary T-shirt, please be sure to wear it. Please also note the special parking arrangement. Click here for the detailed schedule.
Pastor Caleb Wan, who has accepted the call to serve full-time for family ministry at Crosspoint Pleasanton, will deliver the sermon during the English service. Rev. Lambert Lee, Executive Director of the Chinese Strategic Alliance, will preach during the Mandarin service. Last Friday evening, Rev. Lee led a revival meeting at Crosspoint San Leandro and spoke on the secret of transforming year of famine. The participants were greatly edited. The San Leandro campus will respond to Rev. Lee’s call to join a nationwide chain of prayer movement among Chinese churches in the U.S. near the end of May praying for spiritual revival in America. Detailed arrangements will be announced shortly.
The study of the Book of James will be paused this Sunday. The final session is next Sunday.
Last Sunday, the Children’s Ministry held the first Art Studio for the Family in the Multifunction Hall from 11:15AM to 12:30PM. If you have registered, please remember to attend. A few spots are still available if you are interested. Click here for details and registration.
Next Sunday, 5/3, 11:15 AM to 12:30 PM, there will be a Welcome Reception for new members of the English ministry.
On Mother’s Day, 5/10, there will be a special “Handmade Flowers for the Dearest” event starting at 12:30 PM. All members and guests are welcome to join us to celebrate motherly love. Click here to register.
A 7-session course, “10-Step Bible Study Method: The Book of Jonah” in Cantonese, will begin on 5/11 and will be held every Monday from 8:00–9:30 PM via Zoom. Click here for details and registration.
A 9-session course, “New Testament Overview (Part 1): Introduction to the Four Gospels and Acts” in Cantonese, will begin on 5/17. Classes will be held on Sundays from 11:15 AM to 12:30 PM in Room 204. Due to limited space, seats are limited to 20 and are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Click here to register.
