10/23（星期五）8-9:30PM於多功能廳將舉行英語升學講座，由FLEX College Prep 的專門顧問主講，耳機國粵語翻譯。歡迎家長及青少年一同參加。
重複已經報告的事項:
- 11/1（主日）2:30-4:30PM滙點將舉行全教會領袖動員大會，於Pleasanton堂舉行。各事工單位領導及組長請預留時間參加。
- 國語聯合分堂退修會定於11/7（星期六）舉行。
- 本年聖誕鞋盒入禮物活動將於11/13-15的週末舉行。具體參與方法由各小組自行決定。
- 本年San Leandro堂將多舉行兩次浸禮，分別於11/15和12/13主日下午舉行，有意接受浸禮，請與教牧同工聯絡 。亦鼓勵預備受浸者先參加「匯點101」。
- 滙點教會首度執事按立典禮將於11/22（主日）於Milpitas堂舉行，聯合崇拜與按立儀式結束後，於體育館午餐聚會。午餐報名、點菜及付款均於網上進行，本主日中午開始接受報名，報名截止日期為2026年11月1日，鼓勵弟兄姊妹盡早報名，以方便我們預訂食物，安排枱凳和座位。每款菜式供應有限，若某款菜式售罄，請弟兄姊妹選擇其他菜式。
- 滙點教會年終會友大會將於12/6（主日）下午於Milpitas堂舉行，請預留時間參加。
- San Leandro堂聖誕音樂晚會將於12/18（星期五）7:30-9:30PM舉行。
- 粵語聯合分堂退修會暫定於1/16/2027（星期六）舉行。
- 粵語聖經研究「雅各書（下）」已經開始開， 11:15-12:45PM舉行。
- 秋季的Lifeway探索聖經系列將於九月開始研讀羅馬書。可以透過教會訂購羅馬書及之前三季的個人研讀指南（冬季的馬太福音1-13章、春季的馬太福音14-28章，以及夏季的約書亞記、士師記和路得記）。小組組長可向教會索取小組研讀指南。

A “Welcome Reception” will be held next Sunday, 10/4, 1-2PM with lunch provided. If you’re interested in learning more about Crosspoint Church, please visit this link to register.
A church-wide missions conference “No Spectators” will be held on Saturday, 10/10, 9AM-4:30 PM at Crosspoint Milpitas with workshops in Chinese and English. Please visit this link for details and to register.
A “Crosspoint 101” will be held on Sunday, 10/11, 1-3PM, with lunch provided. Classes will be organized by Mandarin, Cantonese, and English based on actual registration numbers. If you are interested in becoming a member of Crosspoint Church, please register via this link.
An English college admissions seminar will be held at the Multifunction Hall on Friday, 10/23, 8-9:30PM. The seminar will be led by professional counselors from FLEX College Prep, and Mandarin and Cantonese translations will be provided via headphones. Parents and teenagers are welcome to attend together.
Repeating previously announced items:
- A church-wide leadership rally will be held on Sunday, 11/1, 2:30–4:30 PM at Crosspoint Pleasanton. Group leaders and ministry unit leaders are encouraged to mark this on the calendar.
- The Mandarin Joint Retreat is scheduled for Saturday, 11/7.
- This year’s Christmas Shoe Box gift drive will take place over the weekend of 11/13-15. Each life group will determine if and how it may participate.
- Two additional baptisms have been scheduled at Crosspoint San Leandro on Sundays 11/15 and 12/13 respectively. Please contact the pastoral staff if you are interested in receiving baptism. You are also encouraged to attend Crosspoint 101 first.
- The first deacon ordination ceremony of Crosspoint Church will be held on Sunday, 11/22, at Crosspoint Milpitas. Following the joint worship service and ordination ceremony, there will be a celebration luncheon in the gym. Lunch registration, ordering, and payment will all be conducted online. Registration is open and the deadline is November 1. Brothers and sisters are encouraged to register as early as possible to facilitate food orders and arranging tables, chairs, and seating. Supplies of each dish are limited; if a particular dish sells out, please choose another option.
- The Crosspoint year-end membership meeting will be held on Sunday, 12/6, at Crosspoint Milpitas in the afternoon. Please set aside time to attend.
- The Crosspoint San Leandro Christmas music night will be held on Friday, 12/18, 7:30-9:30PM.
- The Cantonese Joint Retreat is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, 1/16/2027.
- The Fall Lifeway Bible Exploration series has begun in September with a study of the Book of Romans. You can order through the church the Book of Romans and the personal study guides for the first three quarters (Winter: Matthew 1–13; Spring: Matthew 14–28; and Summer: Joshua, Judges, and Ruth). Small group leaders may request small group study guides from the church.
