Crosspoint Joint-Campus Cantonese Retreat 2027
Tentative Plan & Life Group Leader Survey
Dear life group leaders, we are in the process of planning a Cantonese retreat on 1/16/2027. Because we need to make desposit, we need to estimate the number of interested attendees. (If too many are interested, the current planned venue might not be big enough.) Could you help ask your life groups and give me back an estimate ASAP? Thank you very much!
Date: 1/16/2027 (Saturday)
Time: 9AM – 4PM
Location: Mission Springs Camps & Conference Center (https://www.missionsprings.com/)
Theme: Spiritual Discipline
Plenary Speaker: Rev. Paul Ho, Senior Pastor of Chinese Baptist Church of Central Orange County
Other workshops, lunch, & recreation
Estimate registration fee: $30/person.
Children program will be available.
Van or coach transportation from Crosspoint campus for those who cannot drive there.
The youth retreat will be held at the same location but will run from Saturday to Monday.
Families wishing to spend the weekend at the campground can stay in a limited number of guest rooms. Frontier Lodge has 8 guest rooms, and Redwood Lodge also has 10 guest rooms. The cost for a 3-day, 2-night stay with 6 meals is $300 per person (Frontier Lodge) or $400 per person (Redwood Lodge).
