San Leandro 分堂將於主日 7 /19日11:30AM -2PM舉辦世界盃決賽觀賽派對。若打算參加，請告知小組組長。
7 /19日世界盃派對同時，將輪候處理各種原因未完成的匯點入會及轉會申請，包括:
- 曾在其他教會受浸成為會友，但尚未提供受浸證明
- 尚未修讀「匯點101」
- 尚未受浸
當日將可以填寫紙本申請表，並共同安排下次San Leandro分堂舉行「匯點101」及浸禮的日期。若有曾在其他教會受浸的證明，無論是正式證書或非正式證明(如相片或賀卡)，也請帶來。

- San Leandro分堂於8/15星期六早上10AM-12PM將舉行一個2026-27中文班推介會。中文班於9/12開始，每星期六10AM-12PM進行，共30堂課。課程除了學中文，還包含手工藝與品格塑造。詳情請看這裡。
- 兩個以San Leandro分堂為基地的社區音樂事工正在籌劃中，暫命名為「與眾銅樂團」(Community Brass Ensemble ) 及「親子美樂隊」 (Melodion Band for the Family) 並將分別於8/22星期六及主日8/23早上舉行推介會。老少咸宜，歡迎社區中熱衷音樂的朋友參加。有興趣請與李業基牧師或Irene 師母垂詢。詳情稍後公報。
- Pleasanton分堂7月將有兩個星期六的生活專題講座。7/11 下午2-3PM的英語講座主題為 “From Campus to Tech: Navigating the Job Market with Faith & Strategy” (從校園到科技業：藉信心與策略導航職場)，由Megan Yim小姐主講。7/25 下午2-3PM的粵語講座專題為 “Financial Stability: Through Career Transitions” (財務穩定：度過職涯轉型期)，由林修榮先生主講。

- Pleasanton分堂將於7/27-7/31日舉辦Summer Sports Camp夏季運動營，時間為9AM-5PM，對象為4歲至六年級的孩童。運動項目包括籃球、啦啦隊、室內足球及4-6歲綜合運動。按需要可以在San Leandro分堂提供廂型車接送。詳情請看這裡。

- 粵語「新約綜覽（一）: 四福音與使徒行傳簡介」繼續於11:15AM-12:30PM在204上課。
- Lifeway 2026年夏季的《探索聖經》(Explore the Bible) 個人研讀手冊的簡繁體中文及英文印刷版，每本 $5，可在教會購買。探索聖經系列夏季涵蓋《約書亞記》、《士師記》和《路得記》。San Leandro分堂的夏季講道系列《做一個「獅子心人子身」的聖徒》(Be A San Leandro) 將以此《探索聖經》系列為基礎。小組領袖手冊將由教會免費提供。詳情請看這裡。

A special members’ meeting will be held this Sunday 7/5 at Crosspoint Milpitas starting at 2:30 PM to approve leasing part of the Crosspoint Pleasanton campus facility to Happy Friends and Loving Tree LLC. Agenda is posted on the church bulletin board.
Crosspoint San Leandro will host a FIFA World Cup Final watch party on 7/19 starting at 11:30AM. More details will be forthcoming. Please let your life group leader know if you plan to join.
Crosspoint San Leandro will host a World Cup Final viewing party on Sunday 7/19, from 11:30AM to 2PM.
During the World Cup party, we will process pending membership and transfer applications to Crosspoint Church that have not yet been completed for various reasons, including
- Those who were baptized and were members at another church but have not yet provided proof of baptism
- Those who have not yet completed Crosspoint 101
- Those who have not yet been baptized
On that day, paper application forms will be made available. We will schedule today the next Crosspoint 101 and baptism at Crosspoint San Leandro. If you have proof of baptism from another church—whether an official certificate or informal proof (such as photos or notes of congratulations), please bring them with you.
Repeating previously announced items:
- Crosspoint San Leandro will hold an information open house for the 2026–27 Saturday Chinese School on Saturday, 8/15 10AM-12PM. The Saturday Chinese School will begin on 9/12. Classes are held every Saturday from 10AM to 12PM, with a total of 30 sessions. In addition to Chinese language instruction, the Saturday Chinese School will also feature crafts and character development. For details and registration, visit here.
- Two community music programs are being planned with Crosspoint San Leandro as the base. Tentatively dubbed as the “Community Brass Ensemble” and the “Melodion Band for the Family,” the music two programs will hold information open houses on Saturday 8/22 and Sunday 8/23 respectively. The music programs are open to music enthusiasts of all ages from the community. If you are interested, please contact Pastor Gideon or Irene Lee. Further details will be announced shortly.
- Crosspoint Pleasanton will host two practical life skill seminars in July. A seminar in English, “From Campus to Tech: Navigating the Job Market with Faith & Strategy,” will be held Saturday 7/11 2-3PM with Megan Yim as the speaker. A seminar in Cantonese, “Financial Stability: Through Career Transitions” will be held Saturday 7/25 2-3PM with Siu Wing Lam as the speaker.
- The summer term of the Chinese Baptist School of Church Leadership begins this week. For more information, please visit cbscl.org.
- Crosspoint Pleasanton will host the Summer Sports Camp from 7/27-7/31 from 9 AM to 5 PM, targeting children aged 4 to 6th Sports include basketball, cheerleading, indoor soccer, and multi-sport activities designed for children who are 4 to 6. - Printed copies of the personal study guide for Lifeway’s Explore the Bible (ETB) Summer 2026 series covering the books of Joshua, Judges, and Ruth are now available for purchase at $5/copy with Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English editions. “Be A San Leandro,” the summer sermon series at Crosspoint San Leandro, will be based on this ETB series.
